About Library

The KV BSF Raninagar Library serves as a vibrant hub of knowledge and learning for students and staff. With a diverse collection of books, digital resources, and periodicals, it caters to the academic and creative needs of its users.

Library Rules:

• Library Timings:
  • The library is open on all working days during school hours.
• Access to Resources:
  • All students and staff are entitled to use the library resources.
• Borrowing Rules:
  • Students may borrow one book at a time for a period of one week.
  • Staff may borrow up to three books for a period of one month.
  • Reference books, magazines, and periodicals cannot be taken out of the library.
• Care for Library Materials:
  • Books and resources should be handled with care.
  • Damaged or lost books must be replaced or compensated for by the borrower.
• Silence and Conduct:
  • Silence must be maintained at all times.
  • Mobile phones and other electronic gadgets are not allowed in the library.
• Return of Books:
  • Books must be returned or renewed by the due date. A fine may be imposed for late returns.

  • Students and staff can borrow books from the library collection for a specified period.
• Reference Services:
  • Access to reference books, encyclopedias, dictionaries, and atlases for in-library use to assist with academic and research needs.
• Reading Room Facility:
  • A quiet and comfortable space for reading and self-study.
• Periodicals and Magazines:
  • A variety of newspapers, magazines, and journals to keep users informed and updated.
• Storytelling and Read-Aloud Sessions:
  • Special activities for junior classes to instill a love for reading and storytelling.
